Liked Blue Bell Pizza the first time. Went there tonight because I read the wings were good and that's what we wanted. My husband had to wait 30 minutes longer than quoted. He got home and they forgot part of our order. I called and the girl was helpful and nice and said they would deliver it right away. 45 minutes-nothing. I called back and there was confusion but they tried to deliver to another house. No call. Nothing. The girl offered a credit. We aren't going back so it doesn't matter. In a town with a bunch of decent places-it's just not worth it.

I stopped in Blue Bell Pizza today in between work meetings for lunch. I ordered a Greek salad with chicken. The salad was huge. See the pic. I took half home and ate it for dinner. Lots of lettuce, olives, feta cheese, tomatoes, and cucumbers topped with a nice pile of pieces of chicken. I never had chicken like this in a Greek salad- it was seasoned and seemed like something you would more so find in an Asian dish or wrap but it was good. Food came out quick.

Love Blue Bell Pizza! We always get the Grandma pie half spinach, half pepperoni and it hits the spot every time. We want to try some of their other food but we love the Grandma pie so much, we never want to switch it up. Great service too!

We again (just now) had a delivery that took over an hour and a half. Ice cold French fries. Cheese pizza that was 1/2 pepperoni (a problem for vegetarians) and was also ice cold. Driver said it had been in the car "not that long." We've given them 3 shots at delivery - NEVER ordering from here again. One delivery took over 2 hours because they lost the order. There are many other options, people.

So happy to finally find a decent place that delivers! Pizza is pretty decent. Nice variety. Good sandwiches. Very nice and intelligent people taking your phone order (unlike some places). Am happy with them! BUT if you want to order on a weekend esp a Friday order by 5:30 or it will take over an hour. Has happened twice in a row now and the pizza is practically ice cold!

BB pizza is my go to pizza place since I've moved around the corner. Everything is pretty good, the salad, the pizza, and the entrees. Like many other reviewers I LOVE the grandma and the grandpa. I usually get a half and half of both. Try this place out if you live in the area and haven't already. Keep in mind sometimes delivery can be slow or simply take a long time. I find it easier to just pick it up myself.

I absolutely love this place. I order food from here nearly every weekend. Their cheesesteak pizza is unreal, it is absolutely amazing. Every time a friend from outside of north eastern Pennsylvania stays over my house I have them try the cheesesteak pizza. Everyone has loved it. I live down the street from PJs but when I want wings I go to here. I wish they had extra hot wings. If you are having the guys over for the game I recommend asking them to make your wings extra crispy because if you don't and you order over 25 wings they tend to not be as crisp. Their Italian hoagies are great as well. Never had a bad experience with them.

We ordered from here for pickup the other night and arrived at the restaurant about five minutes before they said our pizza would be ready. We waited five minutes... no pizza. Ten minutes, no pizza. Fifteen minutes. No. Pizza. After 20 minutes, someone came out and said they burnt our pizza, so they were making us another. Fine - at least they didn't give us a burnt pizza. But we sat around the restaurant for forty minutes before finally getting a pizza - AND IT SUCKED. We got peppers and onions, and they were completely raw on top of the pizza. It was gross. They did give us a free 2-liter soda to apologize for the wait, which was nice but did not change the fact that their pizza is not good.

Ordered a pizza with pep and sausage, nothing to crazy. Pizza itself was very good. Service well I just wish I could go lower then 1 star. Order was placed for delivery to a business less than 10 minutes away. When ordered, was given a time of 45 minutes, pretty standard for a Friday. After an hour and 15 minutes went by I called to see where the pizza was. I was placed on hold (again, not uncommon) then a guy who I could hardly hear answered and I told him I was checking an order status. I was placed on hold again. When he returned, I told him the order and he simply said, "they left." That was it. No timeframe of when they left, what the issue was, no apology, nothing. I said ok and before finishing my thought, he said bye and hung up. 15 minutes later the order arrived putting us at 1 hour and 30 minutes, double the original timeframe. The pizza was tasty but cold. The driver was friendly but offered no apologies and went on her way. Pretty safe to say that it is easier for me to order from Palermos (pick-up only) then wait for these guys.

This pizza was expensive and only ok... Didn't care much for the sauce... Amazing cinnamon twist though!

Grandma thing. Grandma thing. GRANDMA THING. Excellent pie. Waiting for one around here like this after moving from Brooklyn. Crispy flavorful crust, nice cheese without being too cheesy. Sauce on top is light enough to taste the pizza... And the bits of garlic slices. Yum. And they deliver folks! To ambler too (I asked Bc they are out of the area and I don't know why the burbs are so anti-delivery but they shouldn't be!). The staff is so nice and my 3 year old approves. And they were Open on New Year's Day so I didn't have to brave my mothers desolate fridge still lingering w Xmas leftovers from a week earlier. Check em out.

I can only write this review about the Grandma Thing because, once I tried it, I have never been able to try anything else. It's amazing! Really, truly, the best pizza I've ever had. Delivery is prompt, too (and it's SO nice to have a place nearby that delivers) They are also really nice on the phone :)

Good Pizza! Not my favorite, but I like a sweeter crust (which this is not). However the service was great! the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have Chicago, New York and Sicilian style pizza, so chances are you can get what you want :) Try them out.

Just okay. The pizza was just okay nothing special no reason for these great reviews. My wife and I are finding too many inflated reviews on Yelp. I think it is time to try another review app.

This review is strictly for pizza. This is below average pizza. I was excited to try the pizza after I had a cheesesteak and wrap that were great. They have a sign out front saying that a local pizzeria is better than the chains. This pizza is not better. Thin crust with no flavor, too much sauce allows all of the topings to slide all over the pizza with not enough cheese to hold it together. Why would a company use canned mushrooms instead of fresh for a pizza? So disappointing. We will keep looking for a decent pizza place near us. Their subs and sandwiches really are good.

Slowest delivery ever. Took hour and 15 Minutes for delivery which is 3 miles away and they messed up order. they say they will fix wrong order and deliver right away...another hour and 20 minutes before it was delivered. Not even a sorry. Family and I gave this place a lot of business previously due to how close it was but will not be ordering again. Will stick to Palermos and Ambler Pizza.

When this place opened I was thinking oh no not another pizza place in the same shop. There has been three other pizza places to go in the same store in the past 10 years without making it After eating here I knew this place would survive. The pizza sauce is delicious the service is wonderful. The only problem I have had is the counter girls taking to go orders they do not know what questions to ask and just need a little more training Will be returning quite often

I was really hoping to like this place after reading all the great reviews , however I had a really bad experience with them tonight. Called in for delivery and was told 30 to 40 minutes. No problem. An hour and 10 minutes later I called to ask when we could expect the pizza. After a five minute delay I was told the delivery guy would be here in one minute. Ten minutes later he finally showed up. Coincidentally, the pizza parlor is a 10 minute drive. Pizza showed up cold. Just guessing that they forgot about me until the second call. Maybe it's a good pizza when it is hot.

Stopped in for a take out lunch having never noticed this place before. The sandwiches and wings we had were first rate. I will be back to try the pizza. Friendly staff and clean store. Nice! No good pizza options in Flourtown so it's nice to find a place close by that is worth returning to.

By far, best pizza in town. Great menu! Great wings and great prices. Only negative thing I can say, is the navigating checkout is a little difficult, when multiple people are in line. Otherwise a GREAT place!

First time trying their pizza. Wanted a local place that would deliver (it was pouring cats and dogs!). Tried the veggie pizza and it was better than I thought... probably one of the best veggie pizzas I've had. Crust wasn't too thick and there were lots of veggies. Sauce and cheese were just right, too. Will order again.

This place is GREAT!!!! Their specialty pizza The Grandma Thing is SOOOO GOOD. I get it about one a week. The delivery drivers are prompt and super friendly. I have no complaints about this. Our work also orders from there they do corporate delivery and are one time with no errors. This place is just AMAZING!!!!

Love this place so glad it opened as we needed a good pizza place around this area . I had great fast service and the food was great as well. The grandma pie is the best I've ever had and I come back pretty often. Everyone here is really nice and welcoming and the owner seems like a great guy too. Thank you blue bell pizza!!!

Stop in for a slice - you will not be disappointed. I live in Ambler borough and there are at least 4 pizza shops within walking distance of my house and they all stink. I will GLADLY get in my car and drive to Blue Bell Pizza. My boyfriend is from New York and even he loves it. We stop by once a week and the owners are always on the premises and they greet us by name. They are a great group of hard working guys. On occasion I've tried other menu items and was very pleased. Wings are AWESOME. Salads and sandwiches good too. The best part is that they have plenty of selection in slices - I always end up going back for the Grandmas though.

We love it Great people, always go out of their way for us. Wonderful pizza! Get them to make it thin and well done...well, that's how we love it. I had the white tomato ricotta one the other night. It was good enough to make me cry.....my husband is a classic plain pizza guy. Really quite good - by FAR his favorite in the area. We aren't talking fancy-shmantzy gourmet here, but a very nice selection of good stuff, red, white, Brooklyn style, buffalo chicken, whatever. I think all their ingredients are a step up in quality from your typical joint. Yum, I want a slice RIGHT NOW. Big surprise! Their chicken wings are delicious. We even like the salads. Simple greens but hits the spot with our pie. It's such a pleasure to have a truly local place where the owner is around and, when you've been just a few times, they warmly greet you. Yeah, guys, we appreciate it and it IS noticed!

Delivery was over an hour when I was told 45-60 minutes. I had hoped they were over estimating but sadly I'm irritated and hungry. It IS Saturday night but please, hire another driver.
